Storyboard and Shot List

This is the first page of our storyboard, we hope to follow the storyboard as best as we can when filming. However I may decide to slightly change some of the shots if there is opportunity for improvement.

Frame 1 is an establishing shot from inside the garage. It will feature the criminal and the shop assistant, and will be a high angle shot, and it will put into black/white using editing software. This will make the shot look like CCTV footage. It will mainly show the criminal entering the garage.

Frame 2 is an over the shoulder shot of the criminal looking at the counter deciding what to buy.

Frame 3 is a close-up of the criminal grabbing the newspaper.

Frame 4 is another close-up of the criminal reaching for his money, but realising he has none. It will be a high angle shot focusing on the criminals trouser pocket.

Frame 5 is another shot from the point of view of the CCTV camera of the criminal running out of the shop, it will use the same effects as the other CCTV style shot.

Frame 6 is a tracking shot of the criminal fleeing from the garage, we will use a tripod to maintain a smooth pan of the camera. To capture the criminals movements.

Frame 7 is a two shot of the criminal and shop assistant. It shows the shop assistant shouting and pointing at the criminal, the shot will be a still shot and will last until the criminal is out of the shot.

Frame 8 will then be another two shot of the criminal and then the protagonist chasing him. The shot will be still with the two actors running towards the camera
